Setting the Pace
As a Deacon, it is vital to set the pace for everyone in the church. Take some time to go through all of the training courses, preferably in the order in which they appear. Once you’ve completed all of these courses, you will then have the opportunity to encourage the “runners” in the church to complete these courses as well. These courses offer you a great way to train future ministry leaders, creating opportunities for our efforts to multiply as the church grows.
The Basics of Spiritual Leadership
A healthy church will always need a growing number of spiritual leaders. God doesn’t just want Christians to be growing themselves spiritually; he wants each of us to contribute to the growth of others and build up the body of Christ.
