Updated Men’s Retreat Registrations by Life Group
Let’s work together to get 200 men to this retreat! As of sending this there are currently 156 men registered. If a few men from each life group signed up over the next few weeks we will hit our goal. This spreadsheet (updated at 2:30pm on 10/4) lists the men registered for the upcoming retreat, organized by life groups. Be sure to check out who still needs to register for the retreat and reach out to them.
Ministry Fair
As we prepare to add a third service in November, it's critical that we enlist more “highly committed participants” to serve in light of our growing needs. This Sunday, after each service in the parking lot, there will be several ministries present to answer questions and sign people up to serve. If there is anyone in your Life Group who isn't currently serving anywhere, encourage them to engage in the ministry fair! Perhaps it would be a good idea to send a message to your Life Group to remind them that the ministry fair is happening this Sunday.

APPLICATION QUESTIONS
Read Genesis 3:16-19. How do you see these consequences of sin stated at the Fall continuing to resonate in your own life? How have you seen your own sin or the sins of others around you compound these consequences? Think about how this should make you more amazed and grateful for God’s grace!
Read Ephesians 2:11-12. What verb is used at the beginning of each verse? Why is it important for us to consider where we were before Christ saved us or where we would be without him?
Read Joshua 1:5, Matthew 28:20, & Hebrews 13:5. Why is it so important for God to repeat this promise so much throughout the Bible? What are some specific circumstances in your life where you need to dwell more on this promise?
Read Romans 5:6-8. Stop and meditate on what these verses are saying about God’s love for us. What implications should this have for how you think and live?
Read Romans 12:1. What are some specific areas of your life which you need to intentionally offer up to God as a living sacrifice this week?
