Pray for the Women’s Event

So far we have over 300 women signed up for the Women’s Breakfast Saturday morning. Please be praying for a fruitful time as Holly speaks on 2 Corinthians 5:1-10.

Blitz Invites On March 28 For Easter

Life Group Leaders - The Pastors would like to encourage your group to engage your local neighborhoods with Easter Invites on March 28! For this Easter Community Outreach blitz, Life Groups can pick a place and time on March 28 to get together as a Life Group and go out to drop off Easter Invite Cards. These will invite people to our Good Friday Services, Eggstravaganza, and Easter Services. A local neighborhood of one of your Life Group members is a great location. We recommend the afternoon to get together. 60 to 90 minutes is a good benchmark for time out-and-about going door-to-door (knocking is optional, leaving a card is the goal). Let's get the word out to our communities that "He Is Risen!" Easter Invite Cards will be available for pickup this Sunday.

Invite to the Women’s Retreat April 30 - May 2

Please encourage your Life Group ladies to sign up for our Women’s retreat! At “Every Thought Captive” Women’s Retreat we will study God’s Word across four sessions to better grasp how to win the battle in our minds! When our thoughts are held captive and renewed day by day our attitudes, responses, decisions, sin struggles, relationships, etc are directly and powerfully impacted for the better! Join us as we prayerfully anticipate the transformative work God will accomplish in our souls this! Register Here

Remind About Resurrection Week Live

Please make sure everyone in your LifeGroup is aware that starting the evening of Palm Sunday, each night, from 8pm-8:30pm, we will have a special Livestream featuring worship, a devotional and more! You can tune in by visiting our homepage, Facebook, or Youtube Channel!

Sunday’s Sermon:

The Manifesto of a Gospel Servant, Pt. 2

Romans 1:16-17

1. Read Luke 18:9-14. In what ways can you be tempted to look down on others like the Pharisee does here? How are these thoughts at odds with the gospel?

2. How can you (like the tax collector in Luke 18) live with an awareness that your only hope is the mercy of God and the righteousness of Christ?

3. What are some of the things you think people are tempted to hold onto instead of clinging to Christ in faith? Are you still clinging to any of those things? How can an
understanding of these things help you in evangelistic conversations?

4. Read Habakkuk 3:17-19. How can an ongoing trust in Christ help prepare you for difficult circumstances in life?

5. Spend some extra time praying for a fruitful Resurrection Week ahead. Ask God to move in your own heart as you reflect on the death and resurrection of Christ. Ask that God
would save many souls through the power of the gospel.
