Pray For Camp Compass! - This coming week is Camp Compass! At the time that this is being written there at 385 kids registered! So let’s be praying for the leaders, students, and all of the amazing volunteers who are putting this really important week together. Here’s a list of prayers to get you started:
Pray for gospel seeds to be planted in the hearts of these children
Pray for the leaders to speak with wisdom, guiding each child to the truth of Scripture
Pray for the leaders to have energy all week long!
Pray for the students to retain all of what they learn for a lifetime

Sorrow Turned to Joy
John 16:16-22
1. What stands out to you as you consider the sorrow and joy of the disciples as they experienced the death and resurrection of Jesus? How does that increase your own joy in a resurrected Savior?
2. Read Luke 24:8-9. A key part of the post-resurrection joy came from remembering what Jesus had already said! In what ways do you think a lack of joy in your life may be because of a failure to remember or understand what the Bible says?
3. Read 1 Corinthians 15:17. How can a confidence in the resurrection of Jesus also increase your confidence and assurance that you are really forgiven for your sins?
4. Read 1 Corinthians 15:58. How will the reality of resurrection impact the way you think about ministry, evangelism, and suffering?
5. Read 1 Corinthians 15:49. What excites you most about “bearing the image of the man of heaven”? How can that affect your joy this week?
