Taking Ground Digital Calendar - We will place the prayer calendars out during this weekend’s service, but be sure to share this digital calendar with your Life Group. It even offers the ability to add it to a google calendar if that’s helpful.
We’re Going to Three Services - This weekend, we will be announcing to the congregation that we are moving to three services starting on January 9th, 2022. The third service will be on Saturday nights at 5pm. We will be sharing more details as we get closer. On Sunday, December 5th, we will have a ministry fair after each service to help recruit more congregants to serve now that there will be more serving needs with an added service.

John 20:1-18
Read John 2:22. How does your faith grow in confidence knowing that the resurrection was foretold by both Jesus and the Old Testament?
Read all of Psalm 16. How does this encouraging Psalm become even more powerful when you realize that it predicts the resurrection of Jesus Christ? What are some specific phrases or verses in this Psalm that will encourage you this week?
Read John 16:22. What are some of the things you might wrongly allow to take away your joy in the Lord? While there are still valid reasons for grief in this life, why should joy be a constant for believers in a risen Savior?
Scan through John 14-16. The resurrection is proof that Jesus will fulfill the promises he makes in these chapters. What are some specific statements/promises in this section of Scripture that will encourage you this week?
Read Romans 8:16-17. How does knowing that you are a “fellow heir” with Christ increase your joy? How can you keep this reality more present in your mind this week?
